Decorating the Christmas tree is one of our favourite things to do. We have been collecting a few special tree decorations each year to add to our collection. Although we have always been huge fans of real Christmas trees, we bought an expensive good faux one and it's so realistic, we never thought we'd buy one or like it! We might still buy a real one though, because the smell is so lovely!
After a weekend in Copenhagen, Denmark at the end of November, we didn't miss a beat to decorate the tree with some Danish decorations. Start with warm coloured fairylights as your base, then just add the decorations! Why not change it up a bit and instead of having an angel at the top, a star is a firm favourite, choose a bird (we have a metal one) or a bow. Talking of bows, have a look at our double velvet bows here, perfect for the tree. Bows are the thing to adorn your tree with, so go for it!
Or add to your collection with our brass and enamel tree decorations, they won't break (unlike glass baubles). They also make great presents for posting.
